It is made with reference to the TORII of Itsukushima Shrine, which is registered as a World Heritage Site. "TORII" is a large gate at the entrance of a shrine that separates the realm of God from the people live in.
This TORII is made of premium silicon based on waste wood. The rising dragons and lotus flowers engraved on the pillars are designs that have been popular in ancient Japan as auspicious items. As the atmosphere of Showa deteriorated over time, the color and scratches have been faded. It was created as a symbol for a bright future in an uncertain world.
