“FiNGAiSM in HARAJUKU” marks his third solo exhibition, a unique blend of sculpture, painting, sneakers, and video installations that present his unique worldview through the character of FiNGA. The artist’s active role in curating the exhibition is evident, with the laser installation standing out as one of the exhibition’s highlights. His aim was to create a Lupin III-style luxury that people could not help but feel the urge to steal, leading him to invite a professional lighting team to craft a laser-light gallery. Telescopes installed outside the gallery allow guests to view the exhibition from all angles, creating a solid sense of presence and an exciting atmosphere. All the exhibits were illuminated with various kinds of lighting, ensuring an enjoyable experience whilst the audience soaks in the beauty of shadows created by the lights.

Kento Senga’s love for Nike sneakers inspired the creation of the FiNGA series, a testament to his hipster spirit. By infusing all the FiNGA elements into the shoes, he has crafted a line that is not just fashionable and personalised but also distinctly unconventional. This unique blend sets his work apart, making him a successful artist and an exceptional designer known more for his creations than his idol group.
