Starting her career as an editor for a well-known travel magazine, Gloria has contributed to various publications, sharing insights and interviews with renowned chefs. Her work has been featured in notable outlets, celebrating the vibrant culinary scene.

In the digital realm, she shares her culinary adventures on Instagram as FoodandtravelHK, where her authentic approach has garnered a loyal following and recognition as a top food influencer.

As an accomplished food stylist, Gloria studied at RMIT Melbourne and Le Cordon Bleu London, creating visually stunning content that resonates with audiences. She also teaches cooking, believing in the transformative power of real food.

In 2020, she launched The Props Dept, a unique lifestyle props house and food production studio in Hong Kong, where her personal project "Apocalypse Kitchen" reflects her creative journey.
