SARA HUNG

Hong Kong

Sara Hung, a ceramic artist from Hong Kong, has been captivated by the art of pottery since her earliest years, embarking on a lifelong pursuit of aesthetic perfection. In 2020, she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University in Hong Kong.

Drawing profound inspiration from the natural world, Hung's artistic vision is deeply rooted in the earth itself. She maintains a fundamental belief that nature offers unparalleled artistic materials—each stone formation and soil pigment presenting its distinct character and beauty. This philosophy drives her creative process as she skillfully transforms these elemental materials into imaginative realms that transcend ordinary perception.

Hung's exceptional talent lies in her ability to seamlessly blend reality with fantasy, creating works that invite viewers to experience the delicate boundary between the tangible world and the landscapes of imagination.
