I sometimes see monsters in the people I meet or the events that happen to me.
The more intense the people I meet, the events I experience, and the things I see and hear, the more distinctive images of monsters come to mind.
Each of these images exists as a story within the work, and through the story, I create works based on the concept of empathy with someone who has had a similar experience or feeling.
This time, I expressed, “What is it like to live?” by comparing the growth of plants to a person’s life.
We have prepared two areas. One is themed as a greenhouse, and the other is inspired by a jungle.
Life is sometimes calm and sometimes wild. Life is full of joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure, with a series of large and small events forming a life.
Past events, present emotions, and thoughts on the future. “What is it like to live?” is expressed throughout the greenhouse and jungle.
We hope you enjoy and reminisce about your life through the works and the exhibition space.
